Rental house:
 
A 154 square metre brick veneer dwelling and carport with cement tile roof, concrete floors, aluminium-framed windows. This three bedroom (2 with built-in-robes) house also comprises large kitchen/dining/lounge, very large bathroom, laundry and separate toilet. A split system provides heating and cooling. LP gas stove for cooking and electric hot water. This dwelling is currently a permanent rental.

Klinwara Self-Contained Holiday Cottage:    3 1/2 star AAA Tourism Rated
 
This 3½ star accommodation business was established in 1999.  The cottage is a popular stop over for tourists visiting the Alpine areas. Having hosted numerous tourists since inception it is one of the main income producing assets of Klinwara.
 
This ex-tobacco 'pickers' hut was refurbished into a holiday cottage. Comprising single bedroom, kitchen, lounge room, and bathroom-laundry. A split system provides heating and cooling. The cottage has electric hot water.  A 57.5 square metre fibro cement dwelling with corrugated iron roof, estapolled pine timber flooring (in wet areas), and front porch.

A 98 square metre weatherboard dwelling with corrugated iron roof, timber floors. This ex-tobacco 'pickers' three bedroom cottage also comprises kitchen/lounge/dining, bathroom-laundry, separate toilet. A split system provides heating and cooling. Electric stove for cooking and electric hot water. This dwelling is currently a permanent rental.
 
 
 
 Water to all houses is provided by a spring fed well, electric pump with a 31,500 litre/ 7000 gallons storage tank as back up.
